Terms of Service — MesejiMasta™

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MesejiMasta™, a business messaging automation platform built on the WhatsApp Cloud API. By using the software, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Account Ownership

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract. You are responsible for providing accurate business information, including your email and company details.

2. Licensing & Activation

  • Each license is bound to a single device unless using a Pro Biz or Pro Elite plan.
  • Licenses may not be transferred without written approval.
  • Trial licenses have usage and time limitations.
  • MesejiMasta™ may revoke licenses that violate these Terms.

3. WhatsApp Cloud API Usage

By using MesejiMasta™, you agree to follow Meta’s policies for the WhatsApp Cloud API. You may not:

  • Send spam, fraudulent messages, or unsolicited bulk messaging.
  • Use unverified or unauthorized phone numbers.
  • Conduct illegal activities or violate national and international regulations.
  • Abuse rate limits, automation flows, or WhatsApp policies.

4. Data, Privacy & Security

5. Payments, Renewals & Refunds

  • All payments are final and non-refundable once a license has been issued.
  • Pricing may change, but customers will be notified beforehand.
  • You may upgrade or renew your plan at any time.
  • Failure to complete payment may lead to cancellation of service.

6. Termination of Service

We may suspend or terminate access to your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms or WhatsApp policies.
  • Engage in fraud, abuse, or illegal activities.
  • Misuse automation features to harm system stability.

7. Limitation of Liability

MesejiMasta™ is provided “as-is” without warranties. We are not responsible for:

  • Loss of revenue or business opportunities.
  • Delivery issues caused by Meta, networks, or third-party providers.
  • Data loss resulting from user error or external system failures.
